AP Artist Pay Digital Music Sales Agreement

This Agreement is between AP Artist Pay (“AP”) and the Music Artist (“Artist”).

1. Music Sales
The Artist authorizes AP Artist Pay to sell the Artist’s digital download music on the AP Artist Pay “THE STORE” PAGE

2. Subscription Fee
The Artist agrees to pay AP Artist Pay a subscription fee of $8.00 per month for this service.

3. Artist Ownership
The Artist retains 100% ownership of all copyrights and other rights to their music. AP Artist Pay does not acquire, own, or claim any ownership rights in the Artist’s music.

4. Sales Revenue
All sales revenue from the Artist’s music will belong to the Artist. AP Artist Pay will not take ownership of the Artist’s music or sales revenue, except for the agreed $8.00 monthly subscription fee.

5. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, AP Artist Pay will stop offering the Artist’s music for sale on its website. Non Refundable Subscription Fee.

Subscribing constitutes your agreement and understanding to this Digital Music Sales Agreement.
