AP ARTIST PAY

ARTIST STORE AGREEMENT

This Artist Store Agreement (“Agreement”) is between AP Artist Pay (“AP”) and the Artist.

1. $8 MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

The Artist agrees to pay $8.00 per month for a subscription to use “The Store” on AP Artist Pay to offer and sell the Artist’s digital music, along with Promotions/Marketing and Internet Radio Submissions of the Artist’s song(s) for airplay consideration.

2. MUSIC SALES

AP Artist Pay will make the Artist’s music available for purchase through The Store. AP Artist Pay does not charge the Artist a commission or administrative fee on music sales.

3. STORE PRICING

AP Artist Pay reserves the right to set and adjust the retail selling price of music offered through The Store. Pricing may be established by AP to maintain consistent, competitive, and reasonable pricing throughout The Store.

4. ARTIST OWNERSHIP

The Artist retains all ownership, copyrights, and rights to their music. AP Artist Pay does not purchase, own, or claim ownership of the Artist’s music.

5. ARTIST REPRESENTATION

The Artist represents that they own or have the necessary rights and permissions to sell and promote the music submitted to AP Artist Pay. The Artist is responsible for obtaining any required permissions, licenses, or clearances.

6. PAYMENTS TO ARTIST

Artist sales proceeds will be paid during the last week of each month using the payment method Zelle or Cash App.

7. PROMOTION AND RADIO SUBMISSIONS

As part of the Artist’s monthly subscription, AP Artist Pay may promote the Artist’s music through its promotional and marketing efforts including social media platforms such as Facebook,Instagram,YouTube,Tic Tok  and may submit the Artist’s song(s) to Internet radio stations or other outlets for airplay consideration. Submission does not guarantee airplay, placement, or acceptance by any station or outlet.

8. CONTENT REMOVAL

AP Artist Pay reserves the right to remove or refuse music from The Store if AP believes the content may violate copyright, intellectual property rights, applicable law, or AP Artist Pay policies.

9. NOT A DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

This Agreement is for the Artist’s use of The Store and related promotional services and is not a music distribution agreement.Artist can still use the distribution company of their choice to distribute their music to the different music platforms.

10. ACCEPTANCE

By subscribing to The Store and submitting music to AP Artist Pay, the Artist acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.Subscribing to AP Artist Pay constitutes your understanding and agreement to the terms of this agreement. 

ISRC Assignment Authorization: New*******************************************

Artist authorizes AP Artist Pay, if approved as an ISRC Manager by the U.S. ISRC Agency, to assign an ISRC to Artist's eligible sound recording released through AP Artist Pay. The ISRC identifies the recording and does not transfer ownership or copyright of the recording to AP Artist Pay. AP Artist Pay will provide the assigned ISRC to Artist and maintain the associated recording information as required by the ISRC system.
